Bridgetown lies a couple of miles southeast of central Glasgow, within walking distance of the city centre's innumerable attractions. Its most famous landmark is the Bridgetown Umbrella - a refurbished cast iron Victorian structure covering the centre of Bridgeton Cross.
Bridgeton stands beside Glasgow Green, where many of Scotland's leading music events are hosted. It is also just a mile from the M74 and M8 motorways, providing residents with good access to all major locations within the immediate area.
